Delphine Minchella has joined L’EM Normandie in 2014. She holds a PhD in British Civilization specializing in the 18th century of the Sorbonne University in 2007. She worked in the field of Facility Management (LMCB, Paris), and taught English/French Translation at the University of Glasgow. Her field of research mainly focuses on organizational space, an expertise she has continued to develop since her last thesis, which was devoted to the role of spatiality in the implementation of a new management method. She often writes on this subject, peer-reviewed academic articles, case studies, press columns and books (the last ones published by L'Harmattan and DUNOD). At EMN BUSINESS SCHOOL, in addition to teaching Organisational Behaviour and History of Organizations, she had managed an international Master 2/Msc Program for 10 years, and she is now Director of the EMN BS/CCMP Case Study Collection.
