Presentation

Nazik Fadil is a Professor of Finance. She joined EM Normandie in 2004. She has a PhD in management science from the Université de Caen-Normandie, awarded in 2006. Her thesis on the strategy and performance of French SMEs in the context of stock market listing. Her main research interests are entrepreneurial finance and the growth of SMEs. She also publishes papers in the field of female entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurship. She is on the permanent scientific committee for the Journées Georges Doriot.
