37th edition of the "Port Management and Operations" advanced training course

IPER is organising the 37th edition of its advanced training programme in port management and operations, under the aegis of the (International Maritime Organisation) and in collaboration with .
20 participants, men and women, French-speaking and English-speaking, from all over the world
From 11 September to 13 October 2023, this new session will welcome 20 port executives from 20 different countries (Bangladesh, Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran, Mongolia, Philippines, Thailand, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Mauritania, Haiti, Tunisia, etc.). Heads of security divisions, directors of information systems or port reform officers, they all have a common goal: to enhance their skills to optimise best practice in their respective ports.



High-level training combining theory and practice
For 5 weeks, students follow theoretical courses and take part in practical workshops given by HAROPA PORT experts, teacher-researchers from EM Normandie and external consultants. Field visits are also organised: port terminals and infrastructures, logistics warehouses, visits to the Ports of Rouen and Gennevilliers, etc.
More than 900 professionals from around a hundred countries have already taken part in this programme, which provides an international showcase for Le Havre's expertise in maritime and port training.
