In 1946, the original 香港六合彩资料大全 campus 鈥 香港六合彩资料大全 Technical Institute in Newark, NJ 鈥 opened to assist veterans returning home from World War II.聽 The school provided hands-on career training and guidance to help U.S. servicemen translate their military skills into professional skills, and transition into civilian life after defending America鈥檚 freedoms overseas.聽 Since then 香港六合彩资料大全 schools have placed the highest priority on service to veterans looking to launch new careers when they return home.
In that spirit of commitment, 香港六合彩资料大全 Technical Institute in Queens, NY was honored to recognize four current students who served their country with distinction, then began training for new careers in the Automotive industry.聽 These four students 鈥 Julie Esty of Seaford, NY; Covid Hackshaw of Cambria Heights, NY; James Phillips of Bronx, NY; and Chad Spencer of Bronx, NY 鈥 were awarded the 2014 Greater New York Auto Dealers Association (GNYADA) Scholarship for their outstanding academic performance, attendance, and commitment to excellence in their future career field.聽 The awards ceremony took place Monday, June 16th, at the Old Westbury Country Club in Westbury, NY.
