An unforgettable ceremony for EM Normandie's 2024 graduates
School's life
A new format for a historic edition
Saturday 29 March 2025 will remain in the memories of EM Normandie Business School graduates, families and staff. With 1,310 graduates celebrated and 3,628 participants, this ceremony marked a new era with a 360° stage and a daring organisation.
This new immersive format allowed everyone to fully experience this timeless day. Laughter, tears, pride, standing ovations and a shower of confetti... all the guests were swept up in a wave of emotions that no one is likely to forget.
A celebration highlighted by inspiring speeches
The ceremony was punctuated by a number of speeches, each adding its own touch of sensitivity and motivation. Edouard Philippe, France's former Prime Minister, honoured the event with his presence and addressed strong words to the young graduates, encouraging them to believe boldly in their future.
Anne Boétie, journalist and presenter, led the day with energy and humour, bringing a warm and enthusiastic rhythm to the celebrations. The artist Clara CCK, a loyal member of the EM Normandie community, touched hearts with her sensitive musical performances.
The speeches given by graduates Nour Ghetreff and Thibault Coutarel were particularly moving and sincere, paying tribute to the collective experience of the school. Emblematic figures from EM Normandie such as Vincent Rotger, Philippe-Jean Peron and Neema Gravier also shared powerful messages about the future and the responsibilities of this new generation of graduates.
An outstanding collective effort
Behind this memorable day, a committed team worked together for several months. Clarisse Frochtmann and her entire team were praised for their work in designing and organising the event, which was carried out with admirable attention to detail and passion. Dozens of people, both in the background and under the spotlights, contributed to the smooth running of this major ceremony.
A huge thank you also goes to Anne-Sophie Courtier, Jean-Louis Gregoire, Carine Guibbani, Delphine Lagrange and Domitille Delille-Mesnard for their trust and support throughout the adventure.
A bright and promising 2024 generation
The 2025 ceremony will be remembered as a special moment in the life of EM Normandie. The graduates once again made the school shine with their enthusiasm, diversity and commitment. The ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate not just a diploma, but above all a new step in life, a personal and collective transformation.
EM Normandie is proud of its graduates, proud of their careers and of what they will become, and extends its most sincere congratulations to them.
See you in 2026 to write a new page together!
