Pierre-Yves Le Corre joins EM Normandie as General Secretary

EM Normandie is pleased to announce the appointment of Pierre-Yves Le Corre to the position of General Secretary, with effect from 17 March 2025. As a member of the Executive Committee, he will act as the interface between the General Management's consolidation and steering obligations and the operational needs of the school's departments.

A rich background in the public sector and higher education

A graduate of NEOMA Business School in 2003, Pierre-Yves Le Corre, 47, began his career with Accenture, where over 15 years he built up solid expertise in public sector consulting. As Senior Manager in the Healthcare and Public Sector unit, he was involved in management and organisational consulting, the implementation of financial and accounting information systems, and the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ transformation and performance of financial functions.

In 2018, he joined the budget department of the Ministry of Action and Public Accounts as head of the office for the performance of public spending and the financial function, which he left in 2020 to join the ENSM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure Maritime) as Director-General of Services. Pierre-Yves was responsible for all support functions for the 4 ENSM sites (Le Havre, Saint-Malo, Nantes and Marseille), notably finance, purchasing, human resources, property, information systems, legal expertise and steering support.

A strategic appointment to support the development of EM Normandie

Pierre-Yves Le Corre has been appointed General Secretary of EM Normandie and is a member of the Executive Committee. He will be involved in defining, supporting and developing the school's strategy in the areas of finance, legal affairs, purchasing, property and assets, projects, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ transformation and quality.

Following the guidelines set by the Board of Directors and working closely with EM Normandie's new Director-General, Anne-Sophie Courtier, who officially takes up her post on 24 March, he will be responsible for implementing the school's strategic and financial plan up to 2030. In France and abroad, Pierre-Yves will be able to rely on the support of all departments and stakeholders. He will be based on the Le Havre campus.
