The Computer Systems Support Technician (CSST) training program at the Paramus campus has been designed to prepare you to enter the IT industry as a skilled systems support technician. This program provides the fundamentals of information technology and networking, and guides the student to build upon this skillset. From computer repair and support, to advanced networking techniques, this program prepares you to be an entry-level technician with the knowledge to be useful on the first day of work.
Training includes the capstone course of the program, which provides you with real-world IT systems experience. The CSST program also provides a 90-hour internship which provides a great asset for your résumé when you enter the field as a technician.
