Baking School & Pastry Chef Curriculum Highlights
- Learning the art and science of breadmaking
- Culinary management and food service operations
- Working with sugar, chocolate, and artisan breads
- Creating pastries and cakes
- Creating centerpieces from chocolate, truffles and candy
- Viennoiserie
- Candy-making
You’ll also complete a three 90-hour externships in actual restaurant settings to help build valuable work experience.
