Delphine Lagrange joins EM Normandie Business School as Brand Director

As part of its strategy to strengthen its national and international reputation, while asserting its identity, values and culture, EM Normandie Business School is announcing the creation of the post of Brand Director. Delphine Lagrange has been appointed to this strategic position.
Delphine Lagrange is an expert in communications and marketing in the higher education sector. As a member of the Executive Committee, she will be responsible for defining and steering the School's brand strategy, with a view to making it inspiring and impactful, both internally and externally.

A new strategic impetus
With the creation of this new post, EM Normandie Business School is consolidating its organisation and affirming its ambition to position its brand as a benchmark on the global education scene. Delphine Lagrange will be responsible for managing the Marketing, Communications, Media Relations and Rankings teams. With almost 25 years' experience in marketing and communications, including 15 years with prestigious higher education institutions, she brings to the role her expertise in creating value and building a strong brand identity.
A rich and varied career
After studying Brand Communications at CELSA, she began her career in 1999 at Christie's France as Marketing Project Manager. In 2010, she joined the higher education sector as Publishing and Rich Media Manager, then Associate Marketing Director at HEC Executive Education. In 2013, she enriched her career with an Executive Master in Marketing Management and Business Strategy (CESA) at HEC Executive Education.
Before joining EM Normandie Business School, Delphine Lagrange was Director of Marketing, Sales & Services at Sciences Po Executive Education, where she was also a member of the Management Committee. She joined the Institut d'études politiques de Paris in 2014 as Director of Marketing and Communications.
A clear and ambitious vision
I'm delighted to be joining EM Normandie Business School and to be working with talented teams on a demanding and promising project that is both international and rooted in the specific characteristics of each campuses. My aim is to promote a strong and coherent brand identity, in line with the values, culture and ambitions of the School. I will devote all my energy to raising the profile of EM Normandie Business School.
