This newest Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Tech campus provides hands-on training in the automotive field and the skilled trades, offering programs at both the Certificate and Associate Degree level, depending upon the program you choose. Training will be offered in Automotive Technology, Electrical/Electronics, HVAC and Welding.

Career Training Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ«

• Automotive Service Training Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« – Choose between Automotive Service Technician training or Automotive Service Management Technology. At least 24,000 automotive technicians will be needed across Georgia between 2020 and 2030¹
• Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating Systems Technology (HVAC) Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« - Georgia projects that job openings for HVAC technicians will grow 6% between 2020 and 2030². This campus will offer training in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating Systems Technology in service technician and service management programs.
• Electrical & Electronic Systems Technology Training Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« – Choose between our electrical technician training program or our electrical service management program. Georgia projects that job openings for electrical technicians will grow 11% between 2020 and 2030³. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Tech is proud to count Johnson Controls among its top hiring partners.
• Welding Technology Training Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« – The East Point campus will offer both Welding & Fabrication training, and a second program that adds pipe welding as an additional training module. At least 20,000 job openings for welders are projected for Georgia by 2030⁴.

Specialized Training Partnerships

Graduates from the Electrical and HVAC programs at the East Point campus have the opportunity to apply for continued training through specialized training partnerships that Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Tech has with major manufacturers.
	For EEST program graduates, our partnership with Johnson Controls provides specialized training in their proprietary technology. Qualified EEST graduates can then apply for advanced training at the Johnson Controls Academy at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Tech’s Columbia, MD campus.
Also available to graduates of our East Point HVAC program is the opportunity to apply for specialized training in manufacturer-specific technology. These programs are offered at various Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Tech campuses across the country. 	Qualified graduates of our HVAC program can also continue their training by applying for the specialized Hussmann partnership program, which can lead to excellent career opportunities. Hussmann’s TechX facility is located at the Grand Prairie, TX campus.
	Located at our Indianapolis campus is the FPSA/FIT Advanced Technician for the Food Industry program. This program is open to qualified graduates from any Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Tech Electrical or HVAC programs.
